Pauline McNeill is Labour's MSP for Glasgow Kelvin, which stretches from Glasgow Cross to Scotstoun Shipyard and includes the West End. She holds regular and roving surgeries for constiuents across central and west Glasgow and can be contacted at her Constituency Office in Kelvingrove.
