Maryhill Gala Day 2009

The Maryhill Gala Day organised by Maryhill Community Council was a great success.
A huge crowd turned out to take part in the day. I was delighted to present the prizes to the competitors in the “Maryhill’s Got Talent” competition.
Well done to all who took part, performing to a large crowd on an open-air stage must have been a real challenge for some of the younger contestants although it certainly didn’t show in the quality of their performances.
Congratulations to all at Maryhill Community Council for organising such a successful event.
