Pauline McNeill MSPPauline McNeill is Labour’s MSP for Glasgow Kelvin, which stretches from Glasgow Cross to Scotstoun Shipyard and includes the West End. She holds regular and roving surgeries for constiuents across central and west Glasgow and has a Constituency Office in Kelvingrove.

Pauline McNeill was Kelvin’s first ever Member of the Scottish Parliament in 1999 and was re-elected in 2003 and 2007. Pauline is currently Scottish Labour’s Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Justice, having previously served as Shadow Minister for Children and Early Years and Convenor of the Parliament’s Justice Committee.

Surgeries for Anderston / Yorkhill / Kelvingrove by appointment at the Constituency Office. Surgery for Whiteinch by appointment at the Whiteinch Centre. During school holidays all surgeries take place at the Constituency Office.
